What is Experience Buddies?

Experience Buddies is a social network built around one simple idea: things are better with company. Whether you're planning a weekend trip, hunting for someone to try a new restaurant with, chasing tickets to a concert, or looking for a hiking partner, Experience Buddies helps you find real people who want to do the same thing, at the same time, in the same place.

Why we built it

Most social networks are built for scrolling. We built this one for doing. We kept noticing the same pattern: someone has a great plan - a trip to the coast, a food tour, a concert - but no one to share it with. Meanwhile, somewhere nearby, another person has the exact same plan and the exact same problem. Experience Buddies exists to close that gap: fewer plans left dying in a group chat, more experiences that actually happen, with people you're genuinely glad you met.

How it works

Create an experience - a trip, a dinner, a match, a hike, a night out - with a date, a place and a few details, or browse what other members have planned near you. Like something? Send a join request with a short message. If the organizer accepts, a private 1-on-1 chat opens up so you can sort out the details together. No accept, no chat - that's by design, so conversations only ever happen between people who chose each other. Along the way, add the people you clicked with to your buddy list, so your next experience is even easier to plan.

Experience Buddies is built and operated by Experience Buddies SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI 54255526). We're a small team that cares about building something people actually use, and trust with their plans and their data - not another platform for endless scrolling.
